Today, STAVOS Brno, a.s. is one of the leading construction companies in the South Moravian Region. We implement complete “turnkey” construction projects, general contracts and parts of building projects. We perform construction work primarily on an independent basis, though we are also engaged in coordinated and well-established co-operation with partner companies and experienced subcontractors. The stability and reliability of our business activities is guaranteed by many years of experience, professional staff, and the registered capital of the company STAVOS Brno, a.s. amounting to 92,500,000 CZK.

Over the more than thirty years during which it has been in business, STAVOS Brno, a.s. has successfully implemented a large number of projects for commercial buildings, industrial buildings, complex technological units and public buildings, primarily in the South Moravian Region, though also in other regions of the Czech Republic

STAVOS Brno, a.s. is a company based on a family tradition that stretches back to 1990, when the then state-owned enterprise Průmyslové stavby Brno – Dukovany branch was transformed into the state-owned enterprise STAVOS Brno. This state-owned enterprise was privatised in 1994 by the founders of the newly established limited liability company STAVOS Brno, s.r.o. It was then transformed into the joint-stock company STAVOS Brno, a.s. in 1996. Some of its founders are still working at the company to this day. Over the course of its long history, STAVOS Brno, a.s. has seen a number of generational changes and continuous modernisation of its production facilities, though it still has a stable and experienced workforce that is continuously supplemented by new colleagues in a wide range of fields.

Long-term development activities are also significantly represented in the business portfolio of STAVOS Brno, a.s., as is evidenced by a large number of successful residential and commercial projects, particularly in Brno and the surrounding area, and this tradition is being successfully continued in the form of the search for opportunities and the active preparation of promising new projects.
