The construction of the MALOMĚŘICKÉ NÁBŘEŽÍ project, located near the River Svitava, provides an opportunity for peaceful living in natural surroundings within easy reach of the benefits provided by the amenities of the City of Brno. The project was designed in line with contemporary technical and aesthetic housing requirements. Before construction, the site was classified as a brownfield, i.e. an unused and neglected area. During the course of construction, we built 7 apartment buildings in 4 stages on an area of 39,489 m2, in addition to a multifunctional building with a supermarket, a pharmacy, a café, a florist’s and other commercial premises. We built a total of 236 apartment units, 24 family houses, 278 garage spaces and 176 outdoor parking spaces. Over the years of construction, the brownfield was transformed into a functioning modern city district.
